Rewarding Fitness. Open Athletic is an ongoing competition website where anyone can compete for cash and prizes by completing defined workouts. We aim to build a world-wide community of athletes who want to participate in friendly, yet challenging competitions.

  • Ongoing: Demo: Complete 20 Pull Ups for Time

    Demonstration workout to illustrate the video and workout submission guidelines.

    You can submit a video for this workout, but mo prizes will be awarded.

    Complete 20 pull-ups as quickly as possible.


    Workout Standards (see video):
    - Each rep starts at the bottom with arms fully extended.
    - The top of the repetition has the athlete's chin go over the bar.
    - Any grip can be used.

    Video Submission Guidelines
    - Must be a single, unedited, uncut video.
    - Entire body must be present at all times during workout.
    - Clock with second counter must be visible during entire video.
    - At start of video, athlete must state their name, affiliate (if they have one), and workout name.
    - At the end of the workout, the athlete must state the total reps performed.


    *Time or rep penalties will be assessed for any missed requirements. Five misses during a workout will void a submission.
